Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account info (name, email, phone), delivery addresses and coordinates, order history, payment metadata via Stripe (we never store full card numbers), driver location while online, and onboarding documents you upload.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: process orders, match drivers, pay caterers, run fraud checks, provide support, and send transactional emails (receipts, delivery updates, password resets). We send marketing emails only if you opt in.

Sharing

With the caterer and driver assigned to your order (name, phone, drop-off address), with Stripe for payments, with Supabase for hosting, and with Lovable Cloud for email delivery. We do not sell personal data.

Location

Driver GPS is shared with the customer only while an order is out for delivery, then hidden.

Retention

Order and financial records are retained as long as required by tax and accounting rules. You can request deletion of your account by emailing support.

Your choices

You can update your profile, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and request access or deletion via privacy@naijapacks.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Row-level security scopes personal data to its owner. Financial fields are write-protected against client edits.

Children

Naijapacks is not for anyone under 18.
