Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before the caterer accepts
You can cancel free of charge and a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.
After the caterer accepts
Because the caterer starts preparing your food, cancellations require agreement between you, the caterer, and Naijapacks support. Contact us via the in-app support chat.
Order didn't arrive or was wrong
Open a support ticket within 24 hours. If confirmed, we issue a full or partial refund at admin discretion.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the card used and typically land in 5–10 business days. Platform fees are refunded on full refunds.
Caterer and driver payouts
Payouts already settled to a caterer's connected Stripe account for a later-refunded order may be clawed back on their next payout cycle.
