These Terms govern your use of Naijapacks. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. This is a placeholder — the operator will replace it with a lawyer-reviewed version before launch.

1. Who we are

Naijapacks is a marketplace connecting customers with independent Nigerian food caterers and independent delivery drivers. We do not prepare food or perform deliveries ourselves.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to sign up. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity on your account. Only non-privileged roles (customer, caterer, driver) can be selected at signup; admin access is granted server-side.

3. Orders and payments

Prices are shown in the local currency at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, funds are captured by Naijapacks and the caterer's payout (after our platform fee) is settled to their connected Stripe account.

5. Caterer obligations

Caterers are responsible for food safety, licensing, allergen disclosure, and compliance with local law. Naijapacks may suspend or remove any caterer at its discretion.

6. Driver obligations

Drivers are independent contractors responsible for their own vehicle, insurance, and driving records. Delivery offers may be accepted or declined; repeated declines may affect future offers.

7. Prohibited use

No fraud, harassment, unlawful items, or attempts to bypass fees or platform controls.

8. Liability

Naijapacks is provided "as is" and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
